Susan was the best! While waiting on my puppy to be ready to go home, Susan kept in touch with me. The best part about it is she would send me videos and pics of my Coco's progress. The process with Susan was very easy because she is very friendly and immediately answer all of your questions and concerns. When I received my Coco at nine weeks, she was already potty trained to use the puppy pads. THIS WAS A PLUS! Also, my puppy was clean and smelling good, already had her first puppy shots, her AKC registration papers, a gift and toys. Susan also gave me the opportunity to come visit my puppy. We lost our 16 year old Shih Tzu three months ago and we were devastated. Finding Top Hats Shih Tzus was a genuine blessing and tremendous help to us recovering from that loss. I had been looking and visiting puppies for a while. I made an immediation emotional connection with Susan. She was quick to send pictures and videos of her puppies and responsive to all of our questions. She has stayed in touch with us after we picked her up, keeping up with him and his adjustment to our home, demonstrating her genuine love for these fur babies. We've had Remi for almost 4 weeks now and we adore him so much. At his first vet appointment, we confirmed he was in perfect health.
